Bound to be surprized

I was born in south Texas, moved to Brazil, Mexico, Austin , Texas, New York City, Roxbury, Connecticut and six years ago I moved west to the high desert of  central Oregon.
I’m kind of vagabond,   I love to move but don’t like to pack. The last time I moved I decided to make it more fun by painting everything I owned before I packing it.
Here it is in my  giant painting Bound to be surprized. I named it that because its true, you pick up everything you have and move somewhere else and you are bound to be surprized.
I painted tiny versions of the paintings that I was taking with me hanging from my braids.
Each eye is a little globe showing where I was moving from and going to.  A little blue river  runs through the place I was leaving ( the Shepaug River in Connecticut) and the place I was moving (the Deschutes River in central Oregon).
