'Humanimal' presents a range of works representing both
humans and animals... and the mysterious realm between
the two. Works by 19 artists explore the many different
relationships that humans have with animals, both in the
physical world and within the human psyche. Images,
sculpture, and video works provoke thought as to what
makes humans human, and how much of the animal remains
in the human mind and body. This collection of work
combines references to traditional art styles with
cutting edge technology and techniques to bring a fresh,
startling, and stimulating look into the ages old
relationship between man and beast.
